What are cookies?

No personal data
Cookies only contain a (unique) number. They do not contain any personal data and can not be used by ISConsult to personally identify you.

ISConsult uses "Google Analytics". Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. This service gives ISConsult insight into the visits on its website. To ensure your privacy, ISConsult has taken the following steps:
- agreed a data processing amendment with Google,
- the last octet of your IP address is masked when measuring user behavior,

Privacy statement
ISConsult respects the value of privacy and processes personal data only for it purpose for which they were provided and does not collect more personal data than strictly necessary (privacy by default), in accordance with the applicable European privacy law General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Dutch: AVG - Algemene Verordering Gegevensbescherming).
How do we deal with personal data?
ISConsult ensures that personal data are only available to those who need the data for the performance of the assignment.
Third-party processing
ISConsult can make use of the services of third parties in the execution of its tasks. This can be done by external labour forces that support ISConsult in carrying out its tasks, external parties to which ISConsult has (partially) outsourced tasks, or in partnerships in which tasks are taken up in collaboration with other parties. ISConsult also makes use of online services such as private cloud services and private SaaS solutions for its provision of information.
ISConsult works carefully in the selection of (executive) partners. With a view to privacy, ISConsult lets third parties sign a processing agreement. By signing this agreement, they comply with the provisions from the GDPR in the performance of their duties. In the selection of online services that are used for the processing of personal data and other confidential data, a security / privacy scan is performed.
Storage of data
For the storage of data ISConsult only uses the appropriate systems. Personal data will be deleted after completion of the processing. For certain types of data, ISConsult must comply with retention periods from the Public Records Act. In that case, the data will be deleted after the retention period has expired.
Your rights
From the law (RDPG), you as a person involved have a number of rights with respect to ISConsult when it comes to the processing of your data.
- You are entitled to inspect the data that ISConsult processes from you.
- You are entitled to information about how your data is processed.
- You are entitled to correct or supplement your data.
- You have the right to request ISConsult to delete your data if ISConsult does not have a legitimate reason to process the data for longer.
- You have the right to have less data processed.
- You can object to the processing of your personal data.
- You have the right to request ISConsult to transfer your data to you in a structured, current and machine-readable form.
- You can object to automated individual decision making.
To exercise these rights, you can submit a request to ISConsult via the e-mail address mentioned at the bottom of this website. ISConsult will handle your request within 4 weeks.
ISConsult must however be able to check whether the right person makes the request. You can only exercise your rights with regard to your own data. It is therefore possible that we ask you to identify yourself.
